Shoe Sales Specialist

Pay Rate: The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is $18-$22, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
You will provide exceptional customer service, promote our high-quality Red Wing brand image, and support our sales team. This involves guiding customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience, providing expert guidance and recommendations, and generating industrial sales leads.
To achieve success in this role, you must be results-oriented, effective in written and verbal communication, and proficient in computer utilization.

Store Maintenance and Housekeeping
You will maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.
This includes maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years relevant experience
