This role is a key part of our business, focusing on vendor relations, problem-solving, and process improvement to drive growth and serve the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.

The Drop Shipment Intern will be responsible for making and executing decisions regarding order fulfillment, collaborating with the Order Optimization and Logistics team to ensure fast processing, and shadowing other team members to gain knowledge in all areas of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve order fulfillment and vendor relations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and process improvement
  • Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective order fulfillment and problem-solving
  • Participating in projects to improve processes and systems
