Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team, who shares our passion for preventative care and is eager to help us develop a more holistic approach to oral health. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our dental care offerings and building a positive, patient-centric experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dental cleanings and whitenings to our guests
  • Conduct thorough oral health assessments and provide personalized preventive care
  • Review x-rays and health intake information, communicating follow-up findings to guests
  • Collaborate with our Support Office to establish and oversee our clear aligner offering
  • Educate guests on proper oral hygiene techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting
  • Prepare treatment rooms for guests, adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with our Support Office to develop, implement, and maintain key processes and business initiatives

Qualifications
  • DMD/DDS from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a General Dentist in the state of CA
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency in using dental software and electronic medical records (EMR)
