Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver seamless and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
  • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
  • State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $217,000 to $230,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
