Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aviator Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
    • Register guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
    • Process check-ins and check-outs, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
    • Handle guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
