Position Overview:

Kellogg Supply, Inc. is in search of a committed individual to fulfill the role of a Sales Representative for Packaged Products. This position entails the responsibility of promoting, merchandising, and enhancing the sales of packaged goods within a designated area. The primary objective is to cultivate consumer loyalty by delivering tailored product suggestions through meaningful interactions with customers and attentively addressing their preferences.

  • Uphold store presentation standards by designing attractive displays, setting up fixtures, organizing shelves, managing stock levels, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Spot opportunities to expand display areas to drive higher sales volumes.
  • Provide product knowledge training to retail staff to enable them to effectively boost sales.
  • Conduct visits to multiple retail locations daily to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Increase brand recognition through direct consumer engagement and involvement in promotional activities.
  • Assess and monitor customer satisfaction levels to enhance service quality.
  • Emphasize safety and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all responsibilities with a focus on achieving sales objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous sales or retail experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to connect effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Proven skills in organization, planning, and competitiveness.
  • Physical capability to perform various tasks in a retail environment.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining safety standards.
