At ManTech, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in the DMV area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on DoD artifacts and documentation, ensuring technical integrity and quality.
  • Support systems engineering principles throughout the system's lifecycle phases, from concept to retirement.
  • Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans and interface control documents.
  • Take direction from senior personnel and work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, with relevant experience and knowledge of DoD documentation requirements.
  • Four years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a STEM field, with relevant industry standard certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development process and experience with software engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement to access files or communicate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $68,000-$113,000, with differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate.
