We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and ensure that guests are not over-served and follow proper state and federal liquor laws.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender or mixologist.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Handlers Card and Illinois Bartender's License preferred.
