Job Title: Produce Sales Associate

Weis Markets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including rotating stock and ensuring proper pricing and signage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in building attractive displays and maintaining the overall appearance of the produce department.
  • Accurately complete product logs and handle spoiled and damaged product according to company policy.
  • Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • May assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and superiors to ensure smooth operation of the department and store.
Requirements:
  • Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
