Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Collaborate across business, operations, and technology sectors to establish architectural visions for intricate solutions, prioritizing both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of architecture roadmaps across various domains, supporting product initiatives and promoting best practices.
  • Clarify architectural designs, assist in system implementation, and provide solutions to overcome architectural challenges.
  • Facilitate discussions focused on solutions, lead the design of complex architectures, and innovate through practical experiments and proof of concepts.
  • Educate team members on technology practices and standardization strategies to foster innovative solutions.
  • Support the selection of technology stacks and preferred products for various solutions.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing security consulting across multiple project teams.
  • Integrate efforts with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams to enhance speed and data accuracy.
  • Promote collaboration and standardization across internal technology groups.
  • Maintain a repository of reference architectures and implement data best practices to drive efficient business initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging trends in business and cybersecurity, identifying innovative opportunities.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical leads to develop project schedules and resource plans.
  • Apply technical expertise to create a modernization data roadmap and collaborate on complex enterprise data solutions.
  • Evaluate security requirements and develop policies to mitigate data risks.

Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in information security and IT risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector in an engineering or architecture capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, and Data Integration.
