Hall's Heating & Air LLC, a renowned HVAC installation and maintenance company based in the Texas Panhandle, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer Apprentice to join their team. As an entry-level position, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the trade and develop valuable skills that will serve you well in your future career.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced installers, assisting during installation projects and ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget. With a strong focus on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, this individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the industry.

Successful applicants will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and a basic understanding of relevant installation codes. While prior experience in installation or related fields is desirable, it is not mandatory. HVAC trade school coursework is also highly valued.

In return for their hard work and dedication, employees can expect a competitive starting wage of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus bonuses. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, with 40 hours guaranteed per week. Benefits include paid dental, vision, health insurance, 401K, paid training and travel, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Relocation assistance is also available for those who need it.
