RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring optimal medication therapy and improved health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective medication management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Valid New York State Pharmacy License.
- Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
- Proficiency in Enterprise RX system.
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and complete a background check.
