Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Chai Urgent Care. As a primary care specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate and current patient records, analyzing test data, and determining the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
  • Update patient records and ensure accuracy at each patient appointment
  • Analyze test data to determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
  • Deliver quality care while meeting company productivity metrics
  • Provide ongoing care information, counseling, and guidance for patients with critical conditions

Requirements:

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
  • Experience in primary care and patient management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
