About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Content Developer to support our federal client. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in creating content-specific trainings in a variety of models, such as webinars and live virtual training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional design, development, and delivery services
  • Leverage the client's Learning Management System (LMS) to assess knowledge gain and report training progress across defined user groups
  • Disseminate pre and post-training tests and surveys, then review the results to identify training improvements
  • Aid the client in designing trainings across a variety of models e.g., live, self-paced, etc.
  • Provide logistical support for training events
  • Identify the KSAs required for success in a specific learner context
  • Work in collaboration with functional leads and developers to develop training packages and supplementary documentation to support the needs of the user community
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Learning Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, human resources, or similar field
  • 3+ years of instructional design and development experience
  • Experience developing cutting-edge and digital learning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Program and project management expertise
  • Experience in executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in applying adult learning theory and iterative instructional design methodologies
