AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. As a home healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to provide patient-centered care and support individuals in their own homes.
About the RoleThis role involves providing high-quality nursing visits according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with patients' healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing illness, and alleviating suffering
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and address concerns
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience and one year of home healthcare experience
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where you will be working
- CPR certification and a reliable means of transportation
