Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility and independence.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation.
  • At least nine months of experience as a physical therapist.
  • PREFERRED community/home health experience.

Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis.
