Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary treatment team to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to patients of all ages. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our patients achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our treatment team to assess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for patients
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitate process groups
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment team rounds to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social sciences or related field
  • Eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
