About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect and verify merchandise for quality and quantity, making any necessary adjustments.
  • Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, using proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent injury.
  • Assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, inventory management, and product preparation.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months retail experience.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in a related department.
  • 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
