YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Thoroughly review each repair order to understand the necessary repairs before commencing work.
  • Deliver high-quality repairs in line with the repair order and OEM standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Execute all aspects of trailer repair, excluding reefer units.
  • Identify required parts for repair completion and collaborate with the Parts department to minimize downtime.
  • Move trailers in and out of the shop and conduct road tests as needed.
  • Adhere to company and OEM policies and procedures, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company and Elite Support standards.
