Workstation Analyst

About the Role:

The Workstation Analyst at Augusta Health plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-user computing devices. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating PCs, thin clients, printers, scanners, and other peripherals to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of end-user computing devices to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading technologies and best practices
