Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workstation Analyst to join our team at Augusta Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating end user computing devices, including PCs, thin clients, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of end user computing devices to ensure they meet Augusta Health's technical standards.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot issues with devices, including hardware and software problems.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement solutions to improve end user computing experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Augusta Health staff, ensuring that their technical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in end user computing, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CompTIA Fundamentals certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business experts.
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems, as well as good analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, assuming responsibility and ownership of problems and being self-driven to obtain resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, both for self and others, and to visualize long-range needs, trends, and goals to meet future IT demands.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.
