Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service and promoting loyalty programs
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting credit and loyalty programs
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors

Marshalls offers a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, and more.
