As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of electrical professionals to achieve project success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical professionals to achieve project success
  • Manage projects, maintain budgets, and build relationships with customers
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical subcontractors for the execution of a project
  • Ensure all resources are being effectively utilized to execute the project successfully
  • Set the safety tone through active participation and involvement in the Interstates behavior-based safety program
Requirements:
  • Journeyman Electrician License required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in an industrial electrical field
  • Strong commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines
