We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our Department of Child Daycare Facilities, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the pedagogical mandate according to the Child Education Act - KiBiz for children from 4 months to school entry
• Participate in the further development and implementation of an institution-specific pedagogical concept
• Collaborate constructively with the team, parents, the sponsor, the school, and other institutions
• Create educational documentation according to the guidelines of the Youth Office
• Contribute to the conceptual development of daycare facilities into family centers

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator or completed studies in special education, social pedagogy, or social work with state recognition
