Pedagogical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our Department of Child Daycare Facilities, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early education.

About the Role:

• Implement the pedagogical mandate according to the Child Education Act - KiBiz for children from 4 months to school entry.
• Participate in the further development and implementation of an institution-specific pedagogical concept.
• Collaborate constructively in a team, with parents, with the sponsor, the school, and other institutions.
• Create educational documentation according to the guidelines of the Youth Office.
• Participate in the conceptual development of daycare facilities into family centers.

About You:

• You have completed training as a state-recognized educator or have completed studies in special education, social pedagogy, or social work with state recognition.
