Job Summary

Crown Collision, powered by VIVE, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a collision repair shop and fast-track your journey to becoming a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate all drive-in appointments and walk-in customers, and complete repair plans
  • Complete process review with customers
  • Repair Orders: All files are opened with BAR (CA) and DRP compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations
  • Check in vehicles upon drop off with customers
  • Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packets prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
  • Post repair plan documentation
  • Comply with all up-to-date OEM repair procedures
  • Provide post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates
  • Total loss administration
  • Perform other related duties to ensure an excellent customer service experience
  • Final QC, including test drives
  • Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive collision repair
  • Proficiency in sales, estimating, blueprinting, and customer service
  • I-Car training preferred
  • Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating system preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
