Fundraising Vice President, Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Vice President to join our team at the Alzheimer's Association. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our mission to end Alzheimer's disease.

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community leaders, and volunteers
• Lead and manage a team of development staff to achieve fundraising goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
• Provide coaching and mentoring to development staff to enhance their skills and performance

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in fundraising, development, and leadership
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
