  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance, with frequent mobility requirements including standing, bending, walking, and grasping.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with PLC and CNC control systems, with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electronics.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control, with the ability to manage maintenance expenses effectively.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
  • Frequent mobility requirements including standing, bending, walking, and grasping.
  • Occasional requirements to sit, crawl, kneel, type, balance, and climb ladders.

Language and Communication Skills:
