Job DescriptionThe PRN Weekend RN will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
