Hotel Operations Coordinator

Join our team as a Hotel Operations Coordinator and take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This position involves managing the overnight shift, including balancing and closing previous business days, and completing daily financial reports.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations, while providing excellent guest service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior guest service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting. Prior night audit or accounting experience is highly desirable. Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance and close previous business days
- Complete daily financial reports
- Manage person-in-charge duties during overnight shifts
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform the manager-on-duty role during 3rd shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
