Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in estate planning, preparation of gift and estate tax returns, probate issues, and trust management. As a member of our legal team, you will offer thorough legal guidance to clients regarding estate planning, trust management, probate processes, and tax considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Valid license to practice law in Missouri.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Strong grasp of estate and gift tax regulations, trust management, and probate processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
