">Job Summary
">We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our Central Ohio Infusion Services team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical care team to optimize outcomes, and promoting a positive patient experience.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Foster a climate allowing for direct communication between the care team, patient/caregiver, and appropriate care providers to optimize outcomes.
- Promote and facilitate improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction as well as efficient use of resources.
- Assessing patients before IV or injection treatments, administering medications through IV lines, ports, and central lines (RN), and taking vital signs.
- Interview patients regarding medical concerns and obtain medical history, reviewing physician orders and lab requests, and following up as needed.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, maintain patient confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA regulation, and assist in performing routine medical procedures as requested.
Requirements
">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Qualifications
">- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio required.
- Experience with infusion or rheumatology preferred.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
