Job Summary

">

We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our Central Ohio Infusion Services team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical care team to optimize outcomes, and promoting a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Foster a climate allowing for direct communication between the care team, patient/caregiver, and appropriate care providers to optimize outcomes.
  • Promote and facilitate improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction as well as efficient use of resources.
  • Assessing patients before IV or injection treatments, administering medications through IV lines, ports, and central lines (RN), and taking vital signs.
  • Interview patients regarding medical concerns and obtain medical history, reviewing physician orders and lab requests, and following up as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, maintain patient confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA regulation, and assist in performing routine medical procedures as requested.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio required.
  • Experience with infusion or rheumatology preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
