Hormone Disorder Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Endocrinologist to join our Central Ohio Primary Care team. As a specialist in hormone disorder diagnosis and treatment, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat hormone disorders and endocrine system-related problems
- Evaluate patient symptoms and medical histories, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Conduct research and studies on the endocrine system to develop new treatment techniques
- Stay up-to-date with current discoveries, developments, and technology

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) or equivalent degree
- Completion of a three-year Internal Medicine residency and Fellowship completion
- Board certification in Internal Medicine Endocrinology within two years of joining COPC
- Strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and medical equipment

Compensation Package
- Estimated annual salary: $200,000 - $260,000 based on experience and qualifications
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid life and disability insurance, 20 vacation days, and 9 days holiday pay
- CME allowance and days off for education
- 401K with 6% employer match and corporate contribution to Profit Sharing Plan in the second year of employment
