About the Role:

Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Requirements:

  • Valid state license as a Nurse (RN/LPN)
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
