About the Role:
The Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of our restaurant, including equipment, grounds, and restrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
- Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
- Unloading delivery trucks and taking out and emptying trash compactors
- Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
