Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at Team Rehabilitation Services, LLC. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and serving as a liaison between our clinic and local high schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recognize and evaluate injuries, providing prompt and effective treatment.
  • Develop and carry out comprehensive rehabilitation programs for injured athletes, ensuring optimal recovery and return to play.
  • Plan and implement injury prevention programs for athletes, promoting a culture of safety and wellness.
  • Serve as an Athletic Trainer in an outreach position at a large high school, building strong relationships with coaches, athletes, and parents.
  • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening our affiliation relationships with local high schools and sports organizations.
  • Provide onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages, ensuring our athletes receive the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the development of protocols for common diagnoses, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
  • Participate in research studies supported by our clinic, advancing the field of athletic training and sports medicine.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and school personnel, ensuring excellent communication and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field.
  • Graduate from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program.
  • Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers.
  • Licensed as an Athletic Trainer.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
