Job Title:

Radiology Sonographer/UKHC

Job Summary:

This position will provide high-quality ultrasound imaging services for the Department of Radiology in various settings, including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, small part, and pediatric-specific procedures.
  • Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures and musculoskeletal imaging.
  • Maintain current credentials and ensure compliance with ACR accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • Registered Sonographer – RDMS and/or RT at time of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification via AHA within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent clinical ultrasound experience (within past 12 months).
  • Completion of Sonography program.
