Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing at RISR will spearhead our marketing initiatives, blending hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
This position is perfect for an individual who excels in startup settings—someone who is equally adept at crafting engaging content and managing social media strategies as they are at analyzing market dynamics and establishing long-term marketing objectives.
While there is currently no team to oversee, the right candidate will be a self-motivated individual, prepared to take on a variety of challenges to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively conveys RISR's value proposition to our target market.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, showcasing the advantages of RISR for advisors.
- Social Media Management:
Digital Marketing:
Cultivate and enhance our presence on pertinent social media platforms; design and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Create and manage campaigns that attract and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Conduct continuous market analysis to remain ahead of industry trends and adapt marketing strategies as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and evaluate marketing performance, utilizing insights to inform decisions and enhance ROI.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to engage in a wide array of tasks, showcasing flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
- Future Team Development: Initially working independently, lay the foundation for future marketing team expansion and leadership.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding content creation and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in managing social media, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for identifying trends and insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
