Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will help shape the future of dessert by:
- Learning and mastering recipes and techniques for producing our signature ice cream bases, sauces, and toppings.
- Working efficiently with a sense of urgency to meet production demands.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, respecting the ingredients and equipment at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting ice cream bases from scratch.
- Producing sauces and toppings essential for our ice cream offerings.
- Overseeing production schedules and managing inventory within our open kitchen.
- Training and developing junior staff members.
