We are seeking an individual with 10 to 15+ years of experience in commercial or industrial facilities operations and/or field engineering to take on a pivotal role within our organization. Preferred candidates will possess system design expertise and hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).


Ideal candidates should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities along with strong oral and written communication skills.


The Facilities Operating Engineer will deliver field-experienced technical support to all departments, including Service, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, and Sales.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems.
  • Troubleshooting system malfunctions and performance issues.
  • Coordinating across disciplines to ensure effective installation and operation of systems and equipment.
  • Researching project specifications to discover practical and competitive design solutions.
  • Documenting work scope descriptions for proposals and reports.
  • Analyzing, designing, and presenting technical information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of estimates and budgets for corrective actions.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to field technicians, engineering staff, and office personnel.
