Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista to join our team at AL0005 Airport Blvd. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to our customers, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff.
  • Interact with customers regularly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Requirements
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply.
  • Must have a strong passion for coffee and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Alabama Food Handler's Card preferred.
