Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Housing Support Specialist to join our team in the Housing Office.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housing Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Facilitating the transition of individuals experiencing homelessness into stable housing and connecting them with necessary support services.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs.
  • Creating and executing tailored Individualized Service Plans.
  • Providing guidance and oversight to residents during evening hours.
  • Organizing and leading support groups, as well as social and recreational activities.

Compensation:
Minimum Salary: $18.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's Degree (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Experience working with individuals facing homelessness.
  • Experience engaging with diverse populations.
