Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Los Angeles locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Conduct inspections of common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with property management staff to ensure the overall well-being of the property and its residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
