Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Federal Work Study Student to join our team at the Health Education Center. As a Medical Simulation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the simulation lab and providing exceptional service to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist services to direct students to their scheduled activities and assist with lockers.
• Setup simulation labs, including setting out lab materials, patient simulation preparation, lab breakdown, and clean-up, and stocking lab supplies.
• Assist with Interprofessional Education activities, including creating supply kits and inventory management.
• Support general simulation duties, such as hosting major events, including poster sessions, conferences, and open houses.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• UTMB Student enrolled at least half-time.
