Job Summary

Schneider is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Daytime Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dedicated Reefer Daytime Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls. This is a full-time opportunity with a weekly schedule and a competitive pay package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls.
  • 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and hook freight.
  • 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
  • Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD.
Benefits
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
