Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Nighttime Truck Driver to join our team at Schneider. As a Dedicated Reefer Nighttime Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls. This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule, offering a stable and predictable income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls
  • 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and hook freight
  • 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load
  • Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD
Benefits
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Drivers on this account are required to drive at night
