Your Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a mentor and a catalyst of quality-focused activities. You will use various techniques and skills to mitigate risks, treat testing as a continuous activity throughout the entire delivery pipeline, and promote quality as a whole team's responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help build solutions instead of breaking stuff.
  • Be a mentor and a catalyst for quality-focused activities.

  • Treat testing as a continuous activity throughout the entire delivery pipeline, instead of it being just a stage.
  • Promote quality as a whole team's responsibility.
  • Be a guardian of business value.
  • Propose and implement more efficient testing procedures.
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements to projects and products.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Developers & PM crew on the implementation of apps.
  • Close cooperation with external clients.

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar job (at least 3 years as a software tester, web or mobile).
  • Have cooperated with clients (internal or external) as a software tester.
  • Have an understanding of User Experience aspects.
  • Understand modern software development.
  • Can prioritize tasks.
  • Can work independently and with a team.
  • Have a strong command of written and spoken English (C1+); Polish not required.
