At RH, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and taking care of our equipment and facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for assuming the responsibilities of the Executive Chef when they are not present, constantly monitoring hospitality areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and code compliant, and supporting strategic research and development initiatives.

You will also be expected to recruit the right talent for our ever-changing business, conduct pre-employment interviews, lead, train, and conduct in-the-moment coaching to professionally develop Kitchen associates, and contribute to daily confidential Leader Notes log with records of associate, training, service, and food issues dealt with during shift.

About You
  • We are looking for someone with 2+ years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Must maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws
  • Advanced knife skills are required
  • You should be able to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • A team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind is what we're looking for
  • Strong decision-making abilities are necessary
