Role Responsibilities:
As an Atlassian Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new practice within our organization. Your primary focus will be on the implementation, configuration, and customization of Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate with team members to design and execute effective solutions, while also managing existing client engagements and supporting various operational tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Atlassian products, particularly cloud-based solutions.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Experience in developing custom workflows and automations within Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze project metrics using JQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITSM, and ESM methodologies.
- Experience in client engagement to understand business requirements and design functional solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Current Atlassian Certification.
- Experience with marketplace applications like Tempo and EazyBI.
- Knowledge of process mapping and flowchart creation.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and change management.
