Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Procurement and Operations teams to optimize supply chain operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and address supply chain issues that may impact production or delivery timelines.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
  • Generate reports on supply chain performance and provide data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
